We are implementing Quality Management System of ISO 13485:2016 and CE Standards throughout Medical Devices Manufacturing from incoming raw materials to finished products. This leading to produce high quality product and confirming to Indian MDR-2017 and Medical Device Directive (MDD/93/42/EEC) and CE certified by MTIC Intercert Italy.

Quality Assurance

Our Qualified Quality team using calibrated equipment and validated procedures performing visual Inspection, physical and chemical analysis with constant surveillance of received raw materials, intensive in-process control of all manufactured components and sub-assemblies quality in every stage of production cycle. We have well established Microbiology laboratory to analyze finished product for sterility, Bioburden tests to ensure that the best Quality Product released in to the market.
