He founded Dora Plastics Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1999. The products manufactured are disposable cups and containers with 32 varieties of designs. Sincerity towards the business showed T Kesavulu Naidu runaway success in a short span of time.

After the immense success of Dora Plastics, he stepped into the Health care Industry and founded Keshava Medi Devices Pvt Ltd. in the year 2002. Further, he founded Keshava Fabric Pvt Ltd in the year 2007 under the brand name KF4. Due to the increasing issues related to usage of plastic bags, he came up with non-woven shopping and rice bag fabric rolls that is environmental friendly.

In the years that followed by, Jagadheesh Food Pack Pvt Ltd. was founded in the year 2010 under the brand name JDF Paac. The products manufactured are Disposable thermocol plates bowls and cups. The purpose of the product was to give people an option of eating away from home without disturbing the nutritional value of food.
